Scope and operator

TiTiBooL LLC ("TiTiBooL," "we," "us," or "our") operates LooLooism. This Privacy Policy applies to the LooLooism website, web application, iOS application, World Mini App, customer support, and our read-only ChatGPT integration (together, the "Services"). It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

Information we collect

The information we collect depends on which parts of LooLooism you use.

• Account and authentication: name, display name, email address, authentication identifiers, login method, passkey metadata, and records of your agreement to our legal terms. Apple, your device, and our authentication provider handle authentication credentials according to their own policies.
• Profile and preferences: username, photo, bio, interests, languages, social intentions, notification settings, and optional gender, relationship, dating-openness, and verification information.
• Plans and social activity: plan titles and descriptions, public venue details and coordinates, times, activities, ticket or reservation links, join requests, plan chats, connections, shared-expense entries, meetup feedback, and the plans you create or attend.
• Safety and support: blocks, reports, report details, and the name, email, topic, subject, and message you submit to customer support.
• Device and technical information: IP address, browser or device type, operating system, session and push-notification identifiers, pages or features used, timestamps, and diagnostic or error information.

We receive information directly from you, automatically from your device when you use the Services, from other members who interact with you, and from services you choose to connect, such as Apple or World ID.

Location and public venue information

If you grant location permission, your device location is sent to our service to sort plans and temporary live availability by distance. We do not display your device's precise GPS position to other members. You can deny or revoke location permission in your device or browser settings and use a manually selected area where available.

If you choose to share that you are available now, we round the location before storing it, associate it with the activity, status, and venue hint you provide, and automatically expire that live-presence record after two hours. Nearby members may see an approximate area or distance, not your original device reading. You can end live availability sooner.

Plans must use public venues. The venue name, address, and coordinates you choose are stored with the plan and may be visible to other members and on public plan surfaces. Venue and city searches are sent to our map-search provider to return matching public places.

What other people can see

Your display name, profile photo, bio, interests, languages, verification status, and plan activity may be visible to other signed-in members. Plans marked for public discovery may show their title, description, time, activity, capacity, public venue name and address, and related ticket or reservation link outside the signed-in application.

Join requests are shared with the plan host. Plan-chat messages are shared with accepted participants. Blocks, reports, and support requests are not public and are available only to authorized personnel or service providers who need them for safety, support, security, or legal purposes.

How we use information

• Provide accounts, profiles, plan discovery, joining, chat, and notifications.
• Sort nearby plans and live availability and improve venue search.
• Personalize settings and remember choices on your device.
• Verify optional proof-of-human status and prevent duplicate verification.
• Respond to support requests and communicate about the Services.
• Review reports, enforce our rules, prevent abuse, and protect members.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, measure, and improve reliability and accessibility.
• Comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

How we disclose information

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described here:

• Other members and the public, when you create a profile, publish a plan, request to join, participate in chat, or otherwise choose to share.
• Service providers, including providers for database hosting and authentication, cloud hosting, email and push delivery, error monitoring, public venue search, Apple sign-in, optional World ID verification, and the ChatGPT integration. They process information for us under contractual or platform terms.
• Legal, safety, and security recipients, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.
• A successor organization, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers to target ads based on activity across unrelated services.

Optional World ID and ChatGPT services

World ID. Verification is optional. World handles the private credential check and sends us a cryptographic proof. We store the proof result, action, credential type, unique nullifier, protocol version, and verification time needed to confirm status and prevent duplicate verification. We do not receive your identity document, biometric data, wallet, or World profile.

ChatGPT. Our read-only ChatGPT integration can search and display active plans at confirmed public venues. It processes the tool arguments ChatGPT sends, such as a search term, activity, time range, result limit, or public plan ID. Results may include public plan details and a LooLooism link, but not account email, private messages, creator profiles, World ID proofs, or precise device location. The integration does not create, join, edit, or message a plan. OpenAI processes your use of ChatGPT under its own terms and privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and meet legal, safety, and security obligations. Retention varies by record: live availability expires after two hours; plan, chat, support, report, and account records may remain while the account or related matter is active; and legal-consent, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained longer where needed.

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes or de-identifies account information from active systems, subject to records we must retain for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups rotate out. Information other people have independently copied or shared cannot always be removed by us.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, and database rules that limit who can read or change records. No service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your device and login methods, and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your choices and privacy rights

• Edit profile information and notification preferences in the application.
• Control location, camera, photo, and notification permissions on your device.
• End live availability, leave eligible plans, block members, or submit reports.
• Delete your account from Settings or contact us for privacy assistance.
• Depending on where you live, request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information, and appeal or object to certain processing.

To make a privacy request, email hello@loolooism.com or use our support form. We may need to verify your identity and request details before responding. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Browsers may offer a "Do Not Track" setting, but there is no universally accepted response standard, so the Services do not respond to that signal. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no advertising-sale opt-out required for our current practices. Where legally required, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request.

Age requirements

LooLooism is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

International processing, changes, and contact

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We may update this policy as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. Your continued use after the effective date is subject to the revised policy.
