Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and TiTiBooL LLC ("TiTiBooL," "we," "us," or "our") governing the LooLooism website, web application, iOS application, World Mini App, ChatGPT integration, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. Do not use the Services if you do not agree to these Terms.

The service and your account

LooLooism helps adults create and discover plans at public venues, request to join, communicate with accepted participants, and optionally use related social, safety, and verification features. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the Services evolve.

• Provide complete, current, and truthful account and profile information.
• Use only your own account and keep your login methods and devices secure.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• Do not impersonate anyone or misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions.
• You are responsible for activity through your account unless you notified us of unauthorized use and could not reasonably prevent it.

Plans, public venues, and personal safety

Every plan listed on LooLooism must begin at a genuine public venue. Private homes, residences, and misleading venue details are not allowed. A plan host must keep the time, venue, capacity, ticket requirements, and material details accurate and must update or cancel the plan when they change.

LooLooism does not conduct background checks on every member, supervise meetups, or guarantee anyone's identity, conduct, intentions, attendance, compatibility, or safety. A verification badge is a limited signal, not an endorsement or safety guarantee. Use your own judgment, arrange your own transportation, tell someone you trust where you are going, protect personal and financial information, and leave or contact local emergency services if a situation feels unsafe.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
• Post hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, deceptive, or unlawful content.
• Pressure anyone to share contact details, money, transportation, or a private meeting.
• Promote scams, spam, commercial solicitation, illegal goods, or unsafe events.
• Collect, scrape, sell, or misuse other members' information or content.
• Use bots or automation to access the Services without our written permission.
• Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or interfere with the Services or another person's use.
• Violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights.
• Encourage or help anyone else do any of the above.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as profile information, photos, plans, messages, feedback, and reports ("User Content"). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it complies with these Terms.

You grant TiTiBooL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting or technical delivery, display, distribute, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services and make public content available as you direct. This license includes allowing our service providers to process content for those purposes. It ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for content others have shared, records we must retain, and temporary backup copies.

Feedback and product suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation, but we will not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

Tickets, costs, and offline arrangements

A plan may link to a third-party ticket or reservation page. Unless we explicitly say otherwise, TiTiBooL is not the seller, venue, organizer, payment processor, or party to a purchase or reimbursement between members. Prices, refunds, entry rules, cancellations, transportation, shared costs, and other offline arrangements are governed by the relevant third party or agreement between participants.

The shared-expense feature is a convenience calculator and record, not a payment, banking, escrow, debt-collection, or financial-advice service. Verify amounts before paying anyone and never send money merely to secure a place in a plan.

Connected and third-party services

The Services may depend on or link to third parties, including Apple, World ID, mapping and venue-search providers, public venues, ticket or reservation providers, and OpenAI. Their products, availability, content, and data practices are controlled by them and governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

World ID verification is optional and does not guarantee identity or conduct. The LooLooism ChatGPT integration is read-only: it may return current public plan information, but it cannot reserve a spot, confirm attendance, or replace the plan details shown on LooLooism. Creating, joining, managing, and messaging a plan must happen through LooLooism.

Moderation, suspension, and termination

We may review reports and User Content and may remove content, limit visibility, cancel plans, preserve relevant evidence, warn members, or suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people or the Services, investigate misuse, or comply with law. We are not required to monitor every interaction and cannot guarantee that all objectionable conduct will be prevented or removed.

You may stop using the Services or delete your account from Settings. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, licenses for retained records, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.

Our intellectual property

The Services, including the LooLooism name, mascots, logos, software, interface, design, text, and other materials we provide, are owned by TiTiBooL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your rights, contact hello@loolooism.com with enough detail for us to identify the work, the disputed content, its location, and how to reach you.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." TiTiBooL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that information will be complete or current, or that a particular plan, venue, member, or outcome will meet your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiTiBooL and its members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from the Services, another member, a plan, a venue, or a third-party service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid TiTiBooL for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold TiTiBooL and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms or law, or your conduct in connection with a plan. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from TiTiBooL's own unlawful conduct.

Disputes and general terms

Before filing a claim, please contact us and describe the issue so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TiTiBooL LLC and your use of the Services, without overriding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction and venue. We do not require arbitration or waive your right to participate in a class action under these Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of the Services. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms form the entire agreement about the Services.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required. If a change is material, we may ask you to accept it before continuing to use the Services. Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
